Haddington Ventures is a Houston, Texas based private equity fund with primary focus on the midstream energy sector. Haddington generally makes control-oriented investments through acquisitions or greenfield development in gathering, separation, processing, treating, compression, storage, and transmission assets. Haddington Ventures has over 20 years of experience developing, constructing and operating underground natural gas storage projects. This underground expertise was recently applied to develop the Norton CAES project in northern Ohio, which sold in 2010 to FirstEnergy Corp.
